We are pleased to release V1.1 of OpsAdvisor with the following enhancements: we are looking forward to them making your experience with OpsAdvisor even better.

New Features

Customise Subsystems

While the operating models OpsAdvisor provides out of the box work well for our supported business types, we realise the benefits of matching OpsAdvisor's terminology to your business terms and the ability to provide specific context for how your business works.

With this in mind, we have added the ability to customise the name of each subsystem or area in the operating model to fit the terminology you use in your business.

Additionally the description for each area can be customised to suit as well. This can be really valuable context for OpsAdvisor understand the specifics that makes your business unique.

Your customised names and business context provided in the description flow through all assessments, improvement recomendations and step by step guides to further tailor continuous improvement to your unique business.

 

Enhancements

Step-by-step guides

We have also enhanced the step-by-step guides to provide greater explanations on how to get started all the way to completion of each improvement with detailed examples of tables and checklists where that helps give guidance on what to do.

OpsAdvisor also incorporates best practice change management advice where the improvements impact the way your teams work.

 

Bug Fixes

  • In some circumstances attempting to go to the home page would cause a list index out of range error

  • Two businesses created with the same name could cause problems in some areas.
